2. Definitions

• User / Customer: Anyone who uses or purchases services on RealEstateAgent.lk.
• Service: Any listing boost, advertising, feature upgrade, or subscription purchased on the platform.
• Refund: Reimbursement of payment under specific conditions.

3. Digital Products & Services

a. Non-Refundable Items

Some services are non-refundable once delivered. These typically include:

• Premium listings already published.
• Advertising or promotional credits already used.
• Digital downloads (reports, guides) after delivery.
• Subscription periods already started.

b. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Service Not Rendered: If a paid service was not delivered due to our error.
• Duplicate Charge: You were charged more than once accidentally.
• Technical Issues: Payment failures where service was not activated.

In these cases, RealEstateAgent.lk may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

5. Subscription Refunds

• Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made before the next billing cycle.
• Annual Subscriptions: Partial refunds may be offered on unused months only if cancellation is approved within the first 30 days of purchase.
• No refunds for past subscription periods already used.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel services or subscriptions at any time via your account or by contacting support.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a bank or card chargeback without contacting us:

• Your account may be suspended.
