RealEstateAgent.lk is a platform where anyone can browse and post property listings across Sri Lanka. Buyers contact advertisers directly — we are not involved in negotiations or transactions.
No account is required. You can post instantly, and an edit/delete link is sent to your email or phone for managing your listing.
Use the edit/delete link we send you after posting. If you’ve lost it, you can request a new one using your phone number or email.
We do not verify documents or ownership. Buyers should independently verify all property details before making payments or commitments.
Yes. Each listing displays the advertiser’s phone number, WhatsApp, or message form. Communication happens directly between buyer and seller.
General Questions
Yes. Posting a standard listing is free. Optional premium upgrades may be available for increased visibility.
Listings stay active until they expire automatically or are manually removed by the advertiser using the edit/delete link.
Your listing may be removed for violating our Terms, containing misleading information, inappropriate images, or being reported as fraudulent.
Payment Questions
Premium features may include highlighted listings, featured ads, homepage placement, or priority visibility for better results.
Payments for premium upgrades are typically non-refundable unless stated otherwise or due to a technical system error.
We may support credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment gateways depending on availability.
Support Questions
Each listing includes a “Report” button. When flagged, our team reviews it and removes or bans the advertiser if inappropriate or fraudulent.
Use the “Recover Listing” feature or contact our support team with the phone number or email used during posting.
